Balgowlah Pool and Spa Supplies has been proudly serving the local community since 2013, as a one stop pool and spa shop for you. You may remember us as Balgowlah Hardware (Thrifty-Link) / Hurstwaites Hardware, the local hardware that traded for 67 years from the same premises.

We’re still a family owned and managed local business in the tight-knit community surrounding Balgowlah, but we now focus on pool and spa supplies. We’re still managed by James, who is now a pool technician and his wife Kathy who does the admin. We also have a friendly and experienced team to assist our customers in store.

We’re still based out of the same premises as the hardware was, but now we have the rear of the store that has an entrance off Condamine St, with our customer parking. Although we’re a pool and spa supplies store, you can still expect the same old fashioned customer service we are known for; educated advice, special orders and a hand out to the car with your items. We provide a personal experience with the range of services we offer such as pool servicing, equipment installations and local delivery… that’s right, we know where you live! Some things change, but some things stay the same.

Our mobile cleaning and maintenance service is available for regular visits as frequently as you like. We also offer holiday visits to make sure everything is running smoothly and remove any debris in the baskets whilst you’re away. Nobody wants to come home to a pool disaster.
